Through groups, you have the ability to design the hierarchy of your Cloud interface yourself. Whether you prefer to assign your SMART devices to the respective customers by country, by brand name, or by building sections such as floors, etc., you can create groups and subgroups according to your preferences, similar to directories on a PC.

Step-by-Step Guide #
Open the Cloud and click on “Add Group” at the top right,
enter a name and save it. This group will be at the top level.
You can now move devices into this group or create a sub-group by selecting the group you just created and repeating the process.
A sub-group will be created and displayed accordingly in the hierarchy. This process can be repeated as desired.
After you have created the desired groups, you can assign the devices accordingly. To do this, select
Then you can assign each device to the corresponding group.
Select the desired device or group and click on Move. Then select the group and save the process.
After exiting the edit mode, the device will be displayed in the assigned group.
In edit mode, you can also correct the assigned names, delete groups, and even delete devices.
Repeat the process as desired until the hierarchy matches your preferred view.
WARNING: If you delete a device, you will no longer have access, and the registration process must be repeated.
