If you need live support on one of your projects, you can simply select the corresponding project in the Cloud and share it with NewTec Support using the sharing function. They can then provide the necessary assistance. NewTec Support can be accessed via an icon in the sharing function. After receiving support, you can remove the support access using the sharing function.

Step-by-Step Guide #
Select the desired group for which you would like support. Choose the “Share” option in the menu on the right.
Then click on the support icon. This will call up the support address.
Confirm with Finish and the support now has access to the shared group. You can recognize shared devices by the sharing symbol in front of the devices themselves.
The support now has access to the group you shared and all sub-groups and devices within them.
After receiving assistance, you can revoke the sharing through the sharing function by removing the cloud support.
Please note that even with full access, the group functions in the Cloud are not editable or changeable. This protects the account holder from unwanted changes to their project structure.
